Pony.ai would provide Gen-7 robotaxis, and InDrive would list the rides in its app and operate them in Kazakhstan. The tests would start with a safety operator.

The arrangement leaves winter performance, sensor layout, power draw, and cost per ride open. It also leaves Halos certification and regulatory clearance open.

Kazakhstan has already planned autonomous taxi trials in Astana and two other cities. Astana has about 1.7 million residents.

The MOU is a planning step, not a contracted fleet, price, or route. It does not prove volume, timing, or a fixed Nvidia part number.

The change is a signed MOU, not a contracted fleet.
