AYN confirms Dragonwing Q8 and a larger battery for Odin 3 Portal
The Odin 3 Portal has a confirmed chip and a larger battery, but the display, memory, storage, price, and ship date are still missing.

AYN says the Portal runs on Qualcomm's Dragonwing Q8, the same silicon as the standard Odin 3. The chip is built on a 3nm process and pairs eight Oryon cores with Adreno 830 graphics.
The battery grows to 9,000mAh, a 12.5% jump over the 8,000mAh packs in the Odin 3 and Odin 2 Portal. That extra capacity is real, but it does not become runtime until the display and memory stack is known.
The chassis is about 450g, with active fan cooling, Hall effect joysticks, analog triggers, rear buttons, and AG glass on the front. The company has not quantified the fan's noise or thermal behavior.
Display resolution, refresh rate, memory, storage, price, preorder date, shipping schedule, and actual battery life remain unmeasured. The desk treats this as a platform confirmation, not a performance result.
A platform confirmation, not a performance claim.
