Intel sets a 2028 humanoid target for Razor Lake AX
A roadmap entry, not a silicon result, is the 700 TOPS target for Razor Lake AX.

| Razor Lake AX | |
|---|---|
| AI performance | 700 TOPS |
| release year | 2028 |
| operations per second | 700 trillion |
The figure appears in a presentation by Intel executive Cho Min-sung at a robotics event in South Korea. It follows Panther Lake tools that reach 180 TOPS, and it lands after Nova Lake in early 2027.
The 700 TOPS target sits above the 180 TOPS Panther Lake tools. The Elec sets it against the 275 TOPS of NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, and Jetson Thor offers sparse FP4 performance.
Humanoid buyers need latency, precision, power, and memory figures before they can compare the part with NVIDIA options. Intel has not shown how the 700 TOPS target serves perception, judgment, and action in one package.
Process node, TDP, memory type, SKU, exact launch date, and price are still missing. The 2028 date tracks customer mass-production plans, not a silicon claim.
The target is a schedule commitment, not a silicon claim.
After thelec.kr. We did not report this. The pictures, if any, are theirs.
