Helion's 32,768-core ceiling is a rack limit
Agentic AI servers get a CPU-only and all-in-one rack shape in AMD's Helion reference design, with Zen 6 Venice capped at 32,768 cores and a next-year ship date.

| AMD Helion | |
|---|---|
| cores | up to 32,768 Zen 6 Venice cores |
| ship date | next year |
| configurations | CPU-only and all-in-one |
AMD frames Helion as a server platform for agentic workloads, with the rack arriving next year in two configurations. The 32,768-core figure is a maximum count, not a throughput, price, or power measurement.
The filing leaves the integration work open: memory, cooling, and software must fit a rack that AMD is defining, while the cost of that fit is not stated. For a fab, the count only matters if the node and package can sustain it at a price a buyer can amortize.
Exact ship date, price, power draw, SKU, and node count remain absent. The page says next year, but no quarter, dollar figure, wattage, or part number appears.
Treat the core count as a ceiling and the missing cells as open.
