The sublease question outranks the 14A line
The floated cleanroom sublease is the open question in the Tom's Hardware wire, not the 14A node name.

Intel's reaffirmed 14A deal is a node label, not a proof that Terafab will run on it. The wire also mentions Musk rejecting a TSMC takeover and a sublease idea, but those lines do not settle ownership, capacity, or fab control.
The missing pieces are wafer starts, cleanroom square footage, TSMC's legal position, and any 14A mask set. Those gaps make the story a control question rather than a production schedule.
For a buyer, the headline is a negotiation marker. It does not commit supply, and it does not say who pays for the cleanroom.
Read the 14A line as a constraint on Intel, not a settled Terafab process path.
