AMD Helion makes agentic racks an open OCP blueprint
AMD Helion is an open agentic rack blueprint that routes model calls across frontier and open-source models.

The CPU-only version targets hyperscale agent execution with 6th Gen EPYC processors and up to 32,768 cores.
That core count is a ceiling for a reference design, not a guaranteed system.
The enterprise version pairs EPYC CPU nodes with Instinct MI350P GPU nodes and general-purpose compute.
Partners can choose liquid or air cooling and vary CPU, GPU, and software.
AMD plans to contribute the specification to OCP and make it available to the community.
Availability is planned for November 2026.
The release does not list price, memory capacity, power draw, or benchmark results.
The missing cells matter for buyers checking power, cooling, and network budgets.
The rewrite leads with the open blueprint and token router, treats the core count as a ceiling, and flags the missing buyer data.
